I knew this would happen eventually, I just thought it would happen after my lifetime
I haven’t had the opprtunity to try psychedelics yet, do you mean they help with energy and motivation like the meds do but not as effective. Any specific ones you recommend, I know mushrooms are legal in some states recreationally
Yeah the lack of motivation and no socialization is the biggest hurdle of my life at the moment, i didn’t know ssris could help with energy and motivation like that, I thought you needed stims for that, I’ll def talk to a therapist about that once i get a job and get insurance again
I don’t think even the shitty people engage with the HP books enough to take lessons on being a facist from it, the worst thing about those books is that it made a shitty human lots of money
I have adhd and depression as well. Back when I had a job I got Adderall through my insurance, it did improve my energy, focus and mood a lot, hopefully I can get on that again soon
So what finally worked for you?, there’s a ketamine clinic near me and I’m wondering if I should give it a go, it’s probably not covered by my insurance though
Do antidepressants suppress the bad thoughts or do they improve the good thoughts?

That last part is so true, some people are just miserable and want to spread that misery to others to make themselves feel better
Am I a bad engineer if I’ve never even tried to build a single personal project on my own, like I only code when I’m paid for it, other than that it almost never comes to mind, unless I want to solve some small problem of mine occasionally, since getting laid off I keep thinking I’ll work on some projects using popular frameworks and languages to add to my github and maybe mention on my resume but I can’t bring myself to even start anything, I just want a boring 9 to 5 job, why did this industry turn into this passion nonsense, nobody asks a dentist or an accountant if they do their respective work as a hobby in their free time, they still get hired and paid for their jobs

Even before AI I stopped asking any questions or even answering for that matter on that website within like the first few months of using it. Just not worth the hassle of dealing with the mods and the neck beard ass users and I didn’t want my account to get suspended over some BS in case I really needed to ask an actual question in the future, now I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to any stack website and it does not show up in the Google search results anymore, they dug their own grave
Why not just keep a water bottle in your room to sip from through the day
Chimp special operations
I think companies should invest in creating some sleep pods or nap rooms with recliners to let employees have a quick nap now and then, I think it’d better for your mental health and would actually make people more productive if they could take a short break from work without feeling guilty or worried about it

And how many other bikers do you see around you when you ride, 1 or 2 maybe, it’s a niche hobby not a means of daily transportation for most, go visit any Asian country to see what using bikes as a daily transportation looks like, the streets are chock full of bikers and it’s a mix of men and women, young and old

Divest from the American economy, and invest in your defense R & D

And you know there’s dummies out there who will want this as well. I’ve never not been disappointed with our species

Bikes are not a good investment in western countries with long winter seasons, it’s dangerous and uncomfortable to ride in cold conditions, so stuff like this is purely for rich people to use as recreational toys in the summer
So you are just drinking cause you like the taste of whiskey?
Can someone smarter than me explain why the world is full off fucked up individuals, like why is it so rare to find an actual decent human being, or is it that the worst of us are the loudest and the so you notice those more
