Year or two? 2016 was ten years ago.
This is over a decade.
Fucking hell. That’s such a significant fraction of my life.

It seems like someone who is trying really hard to convince himself that he’s cool. “Oh yeah, a cool guy would go to the wildest party!” And when validated with attention via Tesla, SpaceX, and internet antics, he just started turning up the volume on the “edgy teen” knob. So he thinks he’s the smartest, coolest guy in every room, who everyone loves. And he’s, well, Elon Musk.
Haha 420 69 guys. That’s right, I know about marijuana and sex!

Definitely good to consider. Any sort of connectivity on an ebike seems weird to me - I would want to charge it and choose a speed/throttle, not internet features.

It sounds like the “safety monitor” is a regulatory shortcut - trust me bro, there’s a safety monitor. then they pay someone to just ride around in it, trust the computer.
Maybe also some liability thing for them; throw the safety monitor under the bus robotaxi in the event of a crash as the individual “responsible for” that vehicle.

If you look, only one of the displays has an IDE open; the others are for neofetch so people know you use arch btw.

oh damn :( I used to use it but that was several years ago and it seems quite a bit has changed…
Everyone knows they only got through Moneybags Medical School because of their parent Dr. Moneybags Senior… It’s nepotism all the way! And they got a degree in cosmetic nephrology - what makes them qualified to study potato PCs?
Calm down Dr. Moneybags - look how many RAM chips are on that DIMM… No need to flex your wealth!

And encouraged, as featured in Nintendo’s own Super Mario Odyssey!

on any server with ssh exposed you’ll probably see a bunch of login attempts in the logs (automated attacks trying to find machines with a weak password). only keys is the way lol.

Thanks for your interest in joining the botnet!
I’d recommend using “password” as your password and “root” for the username. Attackers have a lot of stuff going on! Don’t make their job all complicated, make it easy to remember.
Older operating systems like a really old Linux distro or Windows XP are the best, since their performance requirements are a lot lower, giving better overhead for the crypto miners that will be installed. Modern OSs waste resources on security features and such.

I’ve been a fan of Dankpods and Wade’s other channels for years - he’s good at presenting stuff and quite funny.
It’s crazy how much he’s doing - Dankpods (electronics/audio), Dankmus (Simpsons remix songs), Garbage Time (cars), The Drum Thing (drums), Borkus Time (gaming). I’m sure I missed one!

I think this has been going on for quite a while. my 2010 Toyota I believe has a mobile data unit, but only has 3G and is thus forever unable to phone home. With a new car, you could just remove the mobile data module and not allow it a WiFi connection or anything, then it has no way to report to Toyota even if it wants to.

oh boy. What a distinction, to have so many bad commits reverted that you derail a major project for months cleaning up after you.
