181·29 days agoThe oppression in Tibet is known in the west mainly due to the work of the currently Dalai Lama. Arguing “but there’s oppression elsewhere too!” is not really an argument that can stand in its own, can it? All oppression is bad, no matter where it’s happening.

You can live without drinking or smoking, it’s a personal choice
If I remember correctly, Ketosis is easier to achieve for Sherpas? And in contrast to getting energy from sugar, energy from ketosis doesn’t require oxygen… Or at least, less.
