I used to live a pretty miserable and isolating lifestyle. It was pretty upsetting to me initially when I was forced out of that situation. Life is better now that I’ve made effort and moved on. Just sayin’.

You should read more science fiction. Its neat, all the stuff that forward-thinking, science minded, imaginative people predict all the time in it. Shit, look at all the stuff that Snow Crash correctly predicted, and that came out in 92.
Reading speculative fiction is fun and stimulates one’s imagination and sense of wonder, unlike this conspiratorial horseshit.

I personally could not care less about a company’s growth or redemption arc when it comes to how I feel about a game.
I would also tend to avoid games that are focused on being patriotic or nationalistic.
Is this game fun? That’s really my only criteria.
