Anyone who cares about democracy would realise how dangerous the whole spying on the whole population and/or journalists is. A lot of politicians really seem to think “man remember the GeStaPo? Those guys were great!” or something, otherwise I can’t explain why they constantly try to push for such dangerous surveillance

I have had this happen before and as someone who speaks multiple languages I just don’t get why it’s there in the first place. Specially since I had it happen that it gave me the error while I was writing in the language the post was in (in that case it was german)

The updates they made for 4th edition were great. I think it’s great that they found a way to still include a lot of the awesome ideas the community came up with when they thought they had to remove everything wotc related

I have a lemmy.world but it felt a bit slow and sometimes on jerboa I’d get a “pending” when I subscribed to communities on other instances, lemmy.one seems way faster and I don’t get the “pending” issue.

It really depends on the game, games like pokemon, ck3, ffxiv, wow, minecraft, and the elder scrolls, stardew valley, animal crossig etc I put a few hundred to 1000 hours in and I play them on and off throughout the year. Other games I play once and then maybe again in a few years if I liked it. It really depends. games I play for a long time need to be games I don’t feel bad for NOT playing for a long time.

But I am someone who always kinda has her own little story about the character I am playing while I play, so it’s always something new when I decide to make another playthrough. And which is why CK3 is the most dangerous timesink for me because you don’t just play one character
