Maybe it was the juice which is the source of his nickname. Ever think of that, Roger?

I play Ubisoft games on Bazzite, an atomic distro. Works great, no issues at all.
It absolutely is.

I made it to the second paragraph, saw the fake word ‘cognitative’ and abandoned hope.

He may not have disregarded anything. He is aware of your perception of his advice. If he feels like he is declining, but still wants to be there for you, this could very well be desperation to stay involved and still try and help. Unfortunately we all decline as we age, some worse than others. Make him feel appreciated even if you don’t get a tangible benefit from his advice any longer. Stay engaged with him, let him feel valuable. Older generations tend to decline even quicker if they no longer feel valuable and instead feel like a burden.

The article failed to identify the gray fruit roll up

Potentially an effort to do what now? I didn’t see any of this potentiality alluded to in the article. I would have assumed it was just outright grift, where he would be trying to give the land away to some crony or another.

Yeah man, I come for the comments. I see a YouTube link and I ain’t clicking on shit.

There was an episode of Walker, Texas Ranger where Chuck Norris went undercover as a Mexican migrant worker. He made no attempt at an accent whatsoever, speaking in his normal voice. They also put him in brown face.
That was pretty bad.

What in the blue fuck does this have to do with what I said?

Cancer link, do not click.

I came here to say there was probably a context clue or three, namely the price.
I don’t know this fella, but he is either so out of touch with how much things cost that he doesn’t pay even the slightest attention, or (gasp) he is making up a story for the Internet.
It is sad, but it’s also a societal failure. No one should ever have to choose between eating and medicine from week to week.
If I recall correctly, this guy started working there after he retired from a government job. Just bored and wanted something to do, and he credited it with keeping him active enough to live as long as he did.

Sure thing, happy hunting!

Not sure where you’re at, but this is a US based answer.
I like Carfax. Sure they have some sponsored crap on there, but the added value of having the Carfax data right up front is helpful for me. Other than that, I also like truecar because it gives you geographic pricing comparisons based on previously sold vehicles.
I never watched the Handmaid’s Tale until Trump was elected the second time. Oddly prophetic in some ways, hopefully not in others.
This is so deeply ingrained the the US culture. It’s always been this way, ever since a continent was stolen and Manifest Destiny was a new thing. I mean, Hawaii is a state because it also was stolen, and a federal law prohibited the teaching of Hawaiian culture for like 50 years. If I recall correctly, it wasn’t repealed until like the 90s.
Just shameful stuff, from the beginning through to today.
