i disagree. food prices would not go up. prices are set by supply and demand. demand would not change. imagine a society with 1 million people. all of them need to eat, whether they earn their money through wages or get it through UBI. the demand for food does not change. i don’t see a reason why supply would change either. so prices stay the same.

that’s not really how people are, though. if people are happy, they generally see little reason to change something about their situation. everything else is delusional

my opinion is that as time marches on, fewer and fewer of these original consoles will be around, assuming that they don’t get manufactured anymore. so eventually, we’ll all be forced to use emulators anyways.

on top of that, i guess emulators are cheaper. you already have the computing device, you only need a new controller to attach to it.

you have to either use a 3rd party launcher or launch the game from the terminal though

i’m pretty sure that both are illegal btw

if you’re interested in this, somebody made an open source re-implementation of it with excellent modding abilities.

1. meistens, das worauf ich am meisten achte, ist ob ich mit der person gut klarkommen würde. z.b. gibt es oft personen die mir so nervös erscheinen als ob ich mit denen nie ein friedliches auskommen finden würde. das hängt auch stark von meiner eigenen persönlichkeit ab, z.b. will ich nicht mit einer person zeit verbringen die dauernd nur daran denkt, auf irgendeine weise “vorankommen” zu müssen, also z.b. beweisen dass sie besser ist als andere etc.
2. tatsächlich denke ich dass es nicht schwierig ist einen guten körper zu haben. das was hauptsächlich zählt ist im wesentlichen der psychologische zustand, denn der formt dann auch den körper, z.b. depressionen führen dazu dass personen dauernd irgendwelche probleme haben, oft auch andere grundlos kritisieren etc. danach stellen sich eigentlich keine weiteren fragen.

an einem ganz konkreten beispiel: ne freundin von mir versucht immer wieder mal typen anzulocken, neulich ging sie mit fake-brüsten aus dem haus. ich dachte mir dann “du schreibst dir selber vor, wie du sein musst, obwohl dir das gar nicht liegt. da versucht ein apfel eine birne zu sein (oder umgekehrt).”

ich merke aber auch dass ich mit dieser sichtweise die totale ausnahme bin. sowohl männer als auch vor allem frauen sind meistens deutlich oberflächlicher als ich. sogar sehr deutlich.

In german and english, the comma in numbers is swapped. So the number 123.45 in german would be written as 123,45 while ironically, the thing that we used to separate thousands from hundreds is also swapped. So one-thousand-four-hundred would be written as 1,400 in english but as 1.400 in german …
