Father figure who will take care of you
Loves his family
Name recognition
Is affiliated with Obama when times were good.
Isn’t Trump in every way
I’m not sure how people don’t recognize that it’s a popularity contest. One side wants good people in there that they can trust. Biden is trustworthy even if you don’t agree with everything he does. Think of every other possible candidate and if you have to tell all your friends about them or they already know who they are. Trust isn’t even on the table yet.
