It’s either look cute and sweat to death, or be comfortable. The mom bras have it IMO.

I literally have never had a bra that fit correctly, and it fucks me up. I’ve told an employee at VS my size one time (as calculated by ABraThatFits) and the just told me “no it’s not” and then could not find me anything that fit.

Thing is: my boobs aren’t even that big?? Apparently it’s a ratio thing that makes it so difficult to find?? Band size is 30/32, cup size is DDD/E. I don’t want to risk ordering online and wasting money (I want to try it on!), so I’m stuck with terrible & uncomfortable fits.

Yeah, my spouse learned the hard way to ignore bra shop employees - around here, all the bras are on the floor so its easy enough to find the size you need (if it exists) without help.

That being said, once you get to E cup and higher, you are better off dealing with online retailers with good return policies.

Oh geez. The couple that I have that fit ok were from that subs calculator. The whole thing is horrible.

I am annoyed that “A” isn’t literally flat. Scales using the first few numbers or letters should consider leaving enough headroom to avoid atrocities such as PH000 (screwdriver) or A+++ (pre-2021 EU appliance rating).

I don’t know much about the European sizes other than they are a lot more granular than US sizes, which has both pluses and minuses. Makes me wonder if a braswap community here would be worthwhile.

To be honest, I’m a single man and thus know nothing about them in practice, I just checked that all the scales use AA (and who knows, maybe AAA or smaller)

I was so happy when I finally got a cup size large enough that any bras were available in stores. Still barely any cute ones, but the mum ones are more comfy anyway ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It is kinda annoying. Properly fitting bras shouldn’t take a trip to a lingerie store to get a fit. And even then you might wind up with sagging or overflow. And even if the fit is right, you can wind up with a material that makes you sweat night or day.
