      Then the site is wrong. 9am September 1st is past the time the riots start and thats 192 hours away. 192 hours is 8 days exactly.

          I was only using that as a measurement to show that the site was wrong. Even when I posted it I was wrong since I’m in Bogotá time.

              I’m american but you really wouldn’t want to insult these people. They’re the kindest coolest people I’ve met. It’s like if Risa were a country.

                I can believe it. I knew a Colombian exchange student when I was in high school and she was awesome. I would love to get in touch with her again, but I only remember her last name, and it wasn’t exactly an uncommon one.

      I figured out what the clock on that site is calculating. They’re showing time until the riots end

      var countDownDate = new Date("Sept 3, 2024 05:00:00 PDT").getTime();

      So just take two days and a bit off that display and that’s when they should start.
