Server skipped a few ticks at a critical moment because of US causing lag by intentionally sending too many identical action commands to the server, scheduled event that would have put the lootbox into Cuba’s national inventory was dropped
Action rate-limiting and secondary event queue for skipped events to be executed when idle was added to prevent this in the future
their strat in the mid-game was kinda wonky because of this lootbox miss but they couldn’t p2w at the time, beginner’s mistake. Hence they remain a sugar-colony to the USSR to this day.

Instead of buying individual lootboxes the sound thing to do would have been to buy the communism battlepass so they would have had a steady stream of lootboxes by completing daily objectives like seizing toothbrushes or collecting freeze peaches. The stalinbucks reward would have also let buy a battle pass in the next season without spending any more money.
