I have noticed that humans at car rental companies sometimes take reservations, but they do not always hold the car. Why is that? Surely anyone could take reservations.
I also think Kramer would be a Q. He always appears and disappears. Creates crazy shit out of nowhere. And dresses up as different professions.

I’ve honestly only seen bits and pieces of voyager… I keep rewatching TOS/TNG/DS9, so one of these days I need to do a full watch of Voyager.
It’s not everybody’s cup of tea but it’s definitely one of my favourites. They do a good job of building a camaraderie and family (like TNG). The premise of being stuck in the Delta quadrant lends itself to new aliens of the week (like TOS). And the cast of characters is just fun to watch.
