    32 bike parking spaces instead of 64,

    Minimums suck, but at least we’re getting some bike parking spots. I’m looking at you, St. James Costco and your 0 spots.

      To be fair, until we popularize bicycle trailers I feel like Costco isn’t exactly a bicycle destination. Still, I’m glad bicycle spots are getting normalized!
