Could be anything associated with the Fediverse, Lemmy, Mastodon, Pixelfed etc.

    I suppose you could run it on your PC, but I would recommend running it on a device that’s always on.

    For a single user instance, it uses under a GB of RAM and barely any CPU, so you could pick up a VPS for about $5 a month.

    The ansible setup guide will install everything you need, but it assumes you’re installing it on a remote server.

    You’ll also need a domain for your server.
