Better get that production number before you randomly buy cans like lotto players.

Same supplier for cans / labels. Sometimes even the same packing / mixing (/ and something also brewing) plant. It’s slightly more common with mislabeled soda. Alcohol is supposed to monitored and checked more closely before delivery.

Let’s be real here. They’re recalling it because it isn’t called “Fahrenheit”. Get an education system, USA.

Huh. I thought Celsius was an alcoholic drink already. That’s kind of the usual can size for those while energy drinks usually are Monster sized. Some exceptions if course, like Red Bull, but generally across the board those sizes are standardized for lack of a better descriptor.

Reminds me of the meme I saw two weeks ago where a wife said her husband had been drinking a White Claw before work because he thought they were energy drinks. That shit’s hilarious.

To be fair, a lot of energy drinks also take like crap and have weird flavors and aftertastes.

I can 100% see someone making that mistake if they don’t normally drink alcohol or energy drinks all the time.

True. I rarely ever drink energy drinks but just the smell of a redbull nearly makes me sick, that could be due to some foggy memories of Jaeger bombs however.

      like Red Bull

      That’s a big exception 😂

iirc, Red Bull is older and Monster came later offering “more for less” as a way to gain market share, so small energy drink cans are more traditional

It may have been there longer, but when I go to the store 90% of the energy drinks are in the larger cans like Monster, not the traditional Red Bull can size.

Red Bull was first, if I remember correctly Rockstar came before Monster and started the 16oz cans.

I don’t know where you live, but I’ve only ever seen energy drinks come in small cans, like 33cl ones. Monster was the exception.

That text on the image is written poorly. It makes it sound like the product was sent to the distributors after the recall.
