Lindsey Halligan was appointed after President Donald Trump urged Attorney General Pam Bondi to prosecute the former FBI director and the New York attorney general. Bondi said Monday that the Justice Department will appeal the judge's ruling.

It’s not entirely surprising. This administration has some of the worst representation that I have ever seen.

The vast majority of their victories in the courts have been due to corruption.
