Exactly this. Their misogyny plus this gross bioessentialism means that they believe that the fundamental Purpose of women is to act as baby incubators. We are not even people to them — the only thing of value is our wombs, so people who cannot or will not be an obedient baby factory are literally worthless in their eyes.

It is gross beyond belief. I never planned to have “home-cooked” children, but weirdos like this are a big part of why I’m on the waitlist to be permanently sterilised. I wish that I could see my uterus as a neutral thing — like a vestigial organ or something. Alas, people like this turn what should be a neutral facet of biological reality into something deeply political.
