    It sounds strange, but in a way, pillows do give an abnormal spine curvature next to the head, which technically can cause problems.

    I do know people that straight up decided not to use pillows because of neck pain and use the arm as a pillow instead.

    First weeks were a bit horrendous but eventually got around it, and now, no more morning neck pain.

      Yeah, especially if you sleep on your back, no pillow or a thin pillow is generally what I’ve seen recommended from medical sources…

    I have a friend who used to get back pain, and he would sleep on the floor without any padding to deal with it

    I have a bed, but I barely use it. I pile a bunch of blankets up in a corner, shape them into a nest shape, and sleep. When I was young I pretended that I was a little wolf sleeping. I was probably on drugs

    OP doth protest too much. (They’re trying to hide that they’re a serial killer).

    Btw: Psychopathy is a psychological condition not a moral judgment. They’re not inherently bad just wired differently.
