I’m seeing lots of comments not understanding how you could not learn it. I’m seeing articles about Norway and Finland phasing out the practice recently, but its the same article that states the benefits of cursive on the brains ability to learn (from a Norwegian study).
We don’t learn “print” at all in Europe, so cursive is a synonym for writing here.
