Although, to be fair, a lot of these assholes were all over national TV. Sure, some folks probably flew under the radar, but the worst offenders are pretty well documented.
IMHO, this is just the GOP trying to fire up its base by telling the base that they’re persecuted victims. It’s all for show, and getting angry about it only feeds into the narrative.

I completely agree with you. It’s them letting their base know that they’ve “got their backs”
