Cat tree

(Not actually my cat tree but u get the idea)

Edit: i didnt generate this photo, its a link to an image that popped up. For the record, that would actually be a sick cat tree and I would buy it if it was available and I had the space for it which I do not)

The best one is definitely the box my computer case came in. It’s super sturdy, and the cats tear it up all the time and hide in it.

If you commit data center resources to producing you a picture of something you could easily find on the internet instead, I will downvote you. Can people not see how that’s a problem? Why does this stupid fake cat tree picture need to fucking exist? All you’re doing is helping justify the data centers, and wasting resources by creating dumb shit like this.

A springy piece of wire with the ends wrapped around bits of cardboard has reigned supreme in my household for years. And the smaller tennis balls for little dogs are also a hit.

My cats all love these crinkle snakes. I’ve gifted them to friends who have cats, too, and they’ve been a hit.

I bought some of those as seen on TV foam door runners in fabric tubes made to help seal a room.

When Ash was just six weeks old she came charging through the living room with one, it had to be ten times her size. She was so damned proud of her kill.

To this day it’s the only thing she consistently plays with, other than q-tips.

Boxes, cat tree and laser pointer.

All the other toys just end up unused.

The most consistent ones for me are cat trees, cardboard box scratching pad, an elastic ball that they both love to chase around (one of the two cats also fetches and brings it back like a dog), cat tunnels, and an elastic carrot thing with catnip in it that they love to attack

Also hiding some of the old toys they don’t care about and then bringing them back once they have kinda forgotten about their existence can spark up their excitement sometimes
