Lol… he did say he wanted to be a dentist … he just never specified that he wanted to be a good dentist or an ethical dentist.

I cannot believe they botched the ending of that movie. Kid wants to be a dentist, right? They encounter a mean snowman, right? They manage to knock him out. Now was the elf’s chance to inspect the snowman’s teeth and find out he just had a bad tooth. He pulls it out or fixes it or whatever, proves he’s a talented dentist, snowman wakes up and now that he is no longer in pain he’s friendly again.

Boom you’ve made a new friend, and most importantly proved your dentistry had a point.

But nooo they were like “let’s pull all his teeth out before we kill him”. Cause that’s the message you want from a Christmas movie.

I think they were pretty spot-on with their messaging.

Forgive me, I’m just learning Klingon for the holidays, but DaSpu’ means boot spike. Did you mean DarSeq or Deq?

I haven’t learned any slang yet, so maybe I’m way off?

    Edit: Da’lar might also work

It’s part of the meta joke and totally means something deep

(Edit: kbin folks apparently aren’t seeing the strikethrough markup 😑 The above line is meant in jest)

I don’t know Klingon at all lol. I just searched on “Klingon words that begin with D” and landed here after much SEO nonsense. The page is obviously non-exhaustive and I just went with something with two syllables. DarSeq works perfectly and I’m-a edit that title right about now. Thanks!
