I would air drop this link:
That could be illegal depending on where you are since it’s wrongly considered juror tampering in some areas.
I know a guy who got arrested for handing out pamphlets on it in front of the court house.
Informing jurors of their rights and their options is juror tampering?
In oppressive police states it is.
Jury nullification is considered jury tampering in most states because it was most famously used to allow the reign of white terrorism under Jim Crow.
It’s also hilariously self defeating that y’all would be stanning for it while also calling for Trump’s incarceration, like it’s possible or even ethical to get a jury full of anti-Trumpers.
By ‘anti-trumper’ do you mean normal people who don’t worship him? Because that is normal and ethical.
Sure, but I think people should accept the reality that 30% of the population think he can do no wrong so if you give them the ethical and legal right to excuse him of any crime just because, they’re going to do it regardless of the facts.
The only way a jury returns a guilty verdict on Trump for a treason/sedition/insurrection/whatever charge is a jury that doesn’t believe in jury nullification.

Probably, yeah.
