    1700/month! Only in NY.

    That kitchen must hold the record for the smallest, it’s smaller than the bathroom.

    Also, does NY have rules about separating a WC from a kitchen with a wall/corridor?

    I’ve lived in a flat that didn’t but it’s against regs in the UK. It was cheap as well.

      Nah lol. It still has an oven and 4 burners on the stove. A proper NY apartment is just a hot plate precariously perched on top of the radiator

    Plot twist: those are great photos, it’s the whole building that’s sideways

    You have to enter through the Escher gate near the parking structure.

    They complained that the original set of photos were all in portrait mode. This was the corrected set 🙂

      It’s a studio apartment so there is no dedicated bedroom just one all-purpose room. For some of those apartments a rope is all you could cram or afford.
