      No, the FCC has actual laws about what you aren’t allowed to say on broadcast radio and television, with fines for violations. Which you’d know from a single Google search if you tried but no you had to be a hateful fool.

        Lol what kind of masturbatory logic is this? Aside from silly blacklist things like swearing, FCC is run by discretionary power when it comes to actual freedom of speech. It has only turned into a major censorship cudgel because of the shitbags appointed to run it. The CRTC has the exact same discretionary power, and would sure as shit be used the same way if Maple MAGA got ahold of it.

        FFC regulations are lax, most censorship is network and advertiser induced. Done being ignorant yet?
