All my cis woman relatives have wider hips than me (in relation to the rest of their bodies), and this happened to them during puberty. Trans women who transition very young also often experience hip growth like this.
Skinny hips aren’t end of the world though. I usually hide mine under skirts and dresses and poofy pants that make me look like a Toriyama character.

There’s always a younger youngshit, and I’m really happy for them for having an environment where that is possible, but also
