Rice with horse radish, two pork chops seasoned with curry powder and cooked with mushrooms in butter and olive oil and topped with cottage cheese and hot sauce. Pretty good after not having eaten all day.
Agile cooking
Idk, this looks slamming. Good job elting.
Did you do a marijuana before making this?
GASP. Who? Me? What? I? (Maybe) would never.
Anyway how is it with rice?
This looks like one of those AI pics that look OK at a glance until you realize you can’t actually identify any of the objects in it.
At least I can identify rice.
Not choices I would have made, but it sounds like it would be pretty satisfying after a long day.
Did you season the rice with horseradish? Ive never encountered that combo.
I just put it on top of the rice last second. Usually i put horseradish in my mac and cheese, works great there.

Ah but notably it’s not that cottage cheese is bad. Just being used where it doesn’t belong, like desserts.
It is a cheese after all, and this use, while odd, is a place where other cheese could be fine as well.
I haven’t been able to eat anything except broth for several days
I would eat the fuck outa that
I think that’s the requirement.
I love eating “strange” things, trying out new combinations. This looks and sounds verily gourmet
Sometimes unusual combinations are great, like brie with sushi ginger. I imagine the cottage cheese works well with the spicy hot sauce and horseradish, and the umami of the pork.
That’s definitely something I would cook up if those were the ingredients available to me. We sometimes do a cheese tsukemen with japanese curry as the dip.
What hot sauce?
Haha be sure that’s the one to get clarity on 😆
But for real… what was the hot sauce? You will be judged.
That looks like an abomination, but I will try anything once.
It’s only weird because it’s all in one bowl. If you move the cottage cheese and hot spice to a separate bowl, it is no longer weird, even if you eat both at the same time.
