Indeed. When the second Dumbledore was brought in, I remember the part when he and Supes were fighting with their wands. I think Dumbledore had Supes on the ropes and was about to bash his head in with the Goblet of Fire, but then Supes was like, “We have to save… Ginny!” And Dumbledore was all shook. He dropped the goblet, and said calmly, “Why did you say that name?!” I think once the goblet hit the ground, it accidentally rolled over a sheet of homework from Harry Potter that he signed with his name and date, and that’s how Harry’s name got into the goblet even though he was underage. Great movie.
Second Dumbledore was so much more active, interesting, and exciting than the first one. Had the first guy (God rest 'im) been Dumbledore for the whole series, the character would have been so boring.

That is 100% the director’s and/or screen writers’ fault though.
