I don’t have any idea what’s best, but I’ve gotten far by just bringing stuff like that up. “hey I read online that every two weeks is better for facial hair, would that mean this process would move faster?” and maybe they’ll just say “oh yea, if you want to come in that often that would also work” Its easier for them to assume you wouldn’t want to come in extra then to ask.

Like honestly I think a lot of these people are just coasting to make the conversations as short as possible (I don’t blame them one bit to be clear). I needed a procedure sooner then later. Asked when they could get me in in (city near me). They said the soonest they had was a few weeks out in (city that is further). It was also just to evaluate what they needed to do, they couldn’t actually help me until another even further out date. Asked if they had anything else, and they said there was an appointment sooner, in my preferred city, and they could just do it then if they needed to. But I guess she didn’t know if I would want it done that day (I wanted it done asap). Confusing, but sometimes you just gotta ask unfortunately.
