I can’t even look at pictures without needing weeks recovery after. I can barely read the news of what those monsters do every day. Of course people like that would try to use their own children for propaganda.

They dont need to pray, they can just move out of stolen territory and live in peace. Its like being a Russian soldier on Ukranian land praying that the bombing stops. Walk your ass back to your own land and stop murdering the locals, then you’ll be fine.

I hope Israelis get the peace they have visited on others 100 fold. I wish them nothing but that peace.

So nice to See that people See one indisputable evil, criticise it and then wishing it upon others.

Spoke to an israeli the other Week, he was Here for a conference. Told us about how his family gets daily alarms to take shelter with his family.

He was not cheering for the genocide in Gaza. He was not particulary keen on netanyahu - quite the opposite.

There are good people in Israel and there are bad people in Israel. Let the bad ones get to court, let them be sentenced. Let them be a warning for the assholes that come after, that if you show such ‘hospitality’ you will be punished.

You know how Israel claims they are forced to kill civilians because Hamas is using them as human shields?

Your buddy is being used as a human shield by Israel.

I am sure he is uncomfortable.

He was not cheering for the genocide in Gaza.

Be honest. You mean that he simply didn’t mention the genocide at all because no one dared touch the subject beyond surface level uncontroversial chit chat.

Fortunately there exists polling data from Israel on the subject of Gaza and Palestinians so we don’t have to rely on anecdotes like yours to gauge which way the wind blows in that country.

Told us about how his family gets daily alarms to take shelter with his family.

        Oh the horror!

they get alarms because they are in a lopsided conflict they perpetuate. They even try hard to kill any diplomats who try to ask for peace.
And how can you directly compare an alarm going off to huge numbers of people who are actually killed every day by Israel. One is an alarm and one is murder and you try to compare them? Its existential threat vs actual murder. What an absolute garbage, smug, entitled, racist, ghoulish, war criminal way of thinking.

Lebanon is not bombing anyone / anything. Hezbollah, an Iranian faction is, from within Lebanon.

True but they’re largely armed and supported by Iran. I think it’s a bit misleading to refer to them as “Lebanon” since that would usually be used to refer to the national government.

Although arguably the national government should be bombing Israel considering their territories are being invaded and annexed.

They’re not an Iranian faction, it’s a political party with an armed wing. Iran does support them. That doesn’t make them Iranian. Hezbollah is basically the government in South Lebanon.

I agree with you that it’s not Iranian but I also agree with the other commenter that statement about “Lebanon” is misleading. That’s all I’m saying. Regardless of the fact that Hazbollah may have de facto control of Southern Lebanon, it’s still inaccurate to simply refer to them as “Lebanon”.

Let me put it this way. I’m Lebanese. Hezb, hamas, ayatollahs and Bibi & co. can all get lost. They all benefit from one another’s existence and have no reason of being, other than war and money for/from war. My COUNTRY Lebanon is not a war capable one. The Lebanese people are relatively one of largest diasporas in the world because of the neverending unwinnable wars. Hezb does not represent the people of Lebanon nor their intentions. You want to fight the zionists or free Palestine, I’m all for it, but Lebanon shouldn’t be the battlefield. Raising my children in their home country is unfortunately a secondary thought - if even that - to those that preach for more war. And don’t ask me how then should we free Palestine, i have had my fill of this problem and have other priorities such as the life and death of my relatives and i. Go in peace. Edit: hezb was created, is funded, and armed by iran… Just to reiterate.

The US is already used to losing children in schools to gun violence. It’s a natural part of life apparently.

I hope the death toll not only equalizes but skews in favor of the oppressed. For every age bracket.

It’s something Louis Rossman and me share: hold them to the standards they hold you.

I’m not even desensitized, it’s all horrible sure. But a few less won’t hurt.
